When can I shop?

Our website and free app available on the app store or Google Play are open and available 24/7 for your shopping fun!

I have a question for Customer Service, what should I do?

We are here to help! You can reach us at blueriversboutique@gmail.com. We answer emails during our business hours from Noon-8pm (CST) Monday-Friday. If you have a question outside of business hours, you can send us an email and we will get back to you on the next business day. Saturdays and Sundays we will be out spending time with our families but if you email us, we will get back to you on the next business day.

I prefer to see items tried on, do you have Live Sales?

Yes! We currently go live Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday around 8pm CST. Joscelyn is a working mama so we often run late but we will be there with fun! Lives will be on our FB page, group and FREE APP!

How do I purchase a gift card?

Click here to get a gift card! Gift cards are available in the following amounts $30, $60, $120, or $200. Gift cards are issued via email. You can then print the code or forward the code via email to the recipient.

How do I redeem my gift card or store credit?

eGift Card codes are applied at the shopping cart screen when you are ready to place your next order. Simply add all the items to your cart that you would like to purchase. Proceed to the Verify Shopping Cart screen. At the shopping cart screen, enter the gift card code or discount code box and click Apply. The balance of the code will be taken off your order total.

How can I get notified when you go live?

The best way to know when we go live, is to register for our text alerts! Text "BLUERIVERSBOUTIQUE" 74121 to opt in. We promise not to spam you and you can cancel at anytime!

My order has been placed but I need to change something. Can I do that?

While we are unable to cancel orders, we will do our best to accommodate a change to your order. Once your order reaches our shipping team, we will not be able to make any changes. We do our best to ship your order to you as fast as possible, so please email blueriversboutique@gmail.com with any change requests.

Where can I find my tracking information?

Tracking information for your order can be found in your "order fulfilled" email.

Why am I not getting order emails from Blue Rivers?

There could be a few reasons you are not getting emails. First, please check your spam/junk folder. Next, please go to your account page and double check spelling. If the email is correct, emails may have been "opted" out before during registration. To receive them again, login to your account and you will see a check box for email notifications. You can check that box, enter their email (if needed), and hit Confirm.

I forgot to enter the discount code at checkout. Can I be refunded for the discount?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to refund you for the amount of the discount. If you are having an issue getting the discount code to work, please email us at blueriversboutique@gmail.com

How does the waitlist work?

When items sell out, there is the option to waitlist them. We may or may not be able to reorder depending on availability, etc. Be sure to authorize waitlist items as we order based off of that list. Please know we do our best to fulfill authorize waitlist items, but sometimes it may not be possible. We do not charge to waitlist an item. When an item is restocked that you have waitlisted, it will notify you that it is in your cart. If you preauthorized, it will run your card when we have the item shipping out to you.

To authorize waitlist on the app, hit the little heart in the middle, click on the picture of the item you want to authorize, and then hit authorize in the top left hand corner. Remember, if you choose to authorize waitlist it bumps you to the top of the waitlist and kicks everyone that isn’t authorized down the line! Your authorize waitlists will be held for one year. It is the customers responsibility to remove any authorize waitlists they no longer wish to purchase.

What payment options do you have?

We currently offer all major credit cards, Paypal & SEZZLE! Sezzle is a Buy Now, Pay Later option with no interest or fees.
